Niche Drinks St. Brendan's
Nuprint has worked with Niche Drinks, for nine years and our recent investment in more advanced equipment enabled us to meet their higher volume orders. We are delighted to take over label production for the company, which had previously been sourced from Spain.
With our new foiling machine, we produced a range of premium labels for Niche Drinks’ St Brendan’s range of Irish Cream Liqueurs, using a combination of hot foiling and embossing. Ensuring a high-quality finish on the labels – which were printed on uncoated metal paper – proved challenging, but it was a challenge we readily accepted and were able to deliver.
Our team carried out various trials over several months, perfecting the colours, the embossing and the hot foiling techniques, liaising with the US designers via conference calls, and creating product samples along the way. Although printing onto uncoated metal paper was particularly difficult, with our new machines and our team’s expert skills, we were able to refine our processes to get the labels just right.
Our team reacted quickly to any changes along the way. This was one of the most challenging labels we’ve produced, and this was also one of the very first hot foil embossing labels we created for a client with our new equipment. We ultimately created a range of labels for bottles in a variety of sizes, ensuring they met the standards of both Niche Drinks and also the US and European markets.
